Firestone here in Convoy and Balboa is EXCELLENT. Miguel and Angel are very upfront and honest. David the tech was very detailed and got me in and out in a timely matter. I own a 2024 Honda refuse to go to the Honda dealership and rather go to Firestone. What does that tell you! I would recommend Firestone to anyone that doesn’t wanna deal with dealerships service centers!

I have been coming to this particular shop for over 10 years. I’ve lived all over San Diego, (particularly north county) and I drive down to this Firestone no matter where I’m located because I trust their service and I know they are always reliable. As someone who doesn’t really know much about the world of cars and maintenance, I know I can count on Miguel and his team to keep my car running smoothly and reliably! I trust their recommendations and they are always honest with me about what services need to be prioritized which is so invaluable to me! The shop is clean and the customer service is respectful and honest. Plus, there are so many delicious restaurants and coffee shops in the area so coming here doesn’t even feel like a chore - it’s kind of a treat to get ramen across the street! Excellent customer and technical services. There are other Firestone locations closer to where I live, but I choose this location thanks to Miguel. He and his team make all the difference between good service, and great service. They are definitely great. The overall location is clean and organized, including the bathroom. Can certainly see the team makes the effort to look after the shop, office, and parking spaces. Got 4 brand new tires, alignment. Everything from the type, cost, services rendered was communicated clearly and concisely. Thanks again Miguel for providing excellent service, and managing this location very well.
