INTEGRITY! I think most people are untrusting of mechanics. I would be one of those people. I’m not a “car person” so I have to trust the mechanics when they say something is wrong. How many mechanic shops have you heard of that will call you once you’ve left their shop to tell you that you were charged too much!?!?! The owner Ted called me to tell me that he had planned to warranty the labor for my repair. As we all know the labor is the most expensive part of any repair. This was over $500 in labor. Mind you this was for a repair for an oil leak that I had previously taken to them. They believed it be a different gasket but found that it was a cracked oil pan. I could not believe it. I was so impressed with his integrity. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My first time at Advance Automotive for an oil change and was literally HALF the cost of my previous oil change at a chain company! JD and Ted provided extremely friendly and knowledgeable service. Was in and out in less than an hour with maintenance tips for the next quarter. Will continue to return!

They put a new long block in my f150, leaked oil and coolant. Bright back 3 times, paid for new parts, ended up taking it to another mechanic who confirmed they stripped out two of the mounting holes for the coils in a brand new engine. I wouldn’t get my oil changed at this place! Steer clear!

Thank you Advanced Automotive for helping me get my grandpa's truck fixed so it could pass smog!!! I've been looking for a great mechanic and I finally found one! Thank you Ted! Good honest trade workers are hard to find! I know because I'm a Plumber and I'm an honest trade worker so I recognize good tradesmen!
