Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had to get my car towed after getting a flat tire while out camping with my family. It was such a stressful situation, but the team at Firestone made it so much easier. Salvador Hernandez, the service manager, took care of me right away. He made sure all my tires were checked and properly filled. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and how quickly everything was handled. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism and kindness!

I have been to a lot of different Firestone stores across the country and the service I received here ranks among the best I’ve ever had. Salvado is great at his job, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were clear about expectations and had a quick turn around. The work was done quickly and he included coupons and promotions currently going on to save me a bit of cash. Great work and I’ll be sure to use this location anytime I need work done in San Diego!

Recently moved to the area and unfortunately our car started having issues. Not easy issues either, I made an appointment and brought it in the next day. The staff at this location are incredible. They are so knowledgeable and friendly!! A huge thank you to Lawrence, he was honest and very communicative throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend coming here for any auto needs, we will definitely be back in the future.

I visited the Firestone in San Diego on Midway drive last month to have a new car inspection done on a car I was interested in purchasing. All the personnel that I interacted with at this location were professional and friendly however Lawrence was especially helpful in explaining what would be checked as well as the test results. He just seemed very focused on providing good service to Firestone customers. His amazing customer service is why I will be returning specifically to this location.
