I had to get my car towed after getting a flat tire while out camping with my family. It was such a stressful situation, but the team at Firestone made it so much easier. Salvador Hernandez, the service manager, took care of me right away. He made sure all my tires were checked and properly filled. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and how quickly everything was handled. Highly recommend this location for their professionalism and kindness!

I have been to a lot of different Firestone stores across the country and the service I received here ranks among the best I’ve ever had. Salvado is great at his job, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were clear about expectations and had a quick turn around. The work was done quickly and he included coupons and promotions currently going on to save me a bit of cash. Great work and I’ll be sure to use this location anytime I need work done in San Diego!

Came here for the lifetime alignment service. Got the complimentary brake inspection and general inspection. Anthony the manager was really good about explaining everything. They showed me where the rotors and brake pads were worn down, and then also that there was leaking from the coolant reservoir, and that the battery was not in a good state of health. I was in a time crunch that day, so couldn't get the work done then. Also, since the inspection took an hour longer than originally quoted, they gave me a complimentary oil change for another time. Decided to come back to have them do the brakes, brake fluid, the coolant reservoir, and the free oil change. Dropped it off no problem, and got the call that it was done a little earlier than expected. But I showed up, and they had forgotten to check the coolant reservoir. So that was another 1.5hr of work, but they reimbursed me for the two extra lyft rides since I didn't want to hang out in the shop for an unexpected 1.5 hr. Later, got the call it was done within the expected time frame and was able to pick up the car, no problem. No one is perfect, and they seemed really busy; the phone seemed to ring off the hook, but Anthony was always professional. Just double check things yourself as the customer, and be proactive in double checking what work was done when they call you to say that the car is ready. But overall, they seem to have a really good attitude of customer service, which is hard to come by nowadays, and I really appreciated all the discounts, and that is why they get 5 stars. Recently moved to the area and unfortunately our car started having issues. Not easy issues either, I made an appointment and brought it in the next day. The staff at this location are incredible. They are so knowledgeable and friendly!! A huge thank you to Lawrence, he was honest and very communicative throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend coming here for any auto needs, we will definitely be back in the future.

I visited the Firestone in San Diego on Midway drive last month to have a new car inspection done on a car I was interested in purchasing. All the personnel that I interacted with at this location were professional and friendly however Lawrence was especially helpful in explaining what would be checked as well as the test results. He just seemed very focused on providing good service to Firestone customers. His amazing customer service is why I will be returning specifically to this location.
