I had a truly amazing experience with Raymond at Firestone on Murphy Canyon. I barely made it to the shop with a completely flat tire!!! I was scared, panicked, and didn’t know what to do. As soon as I walked into the auto shop and asked for help, Raymond immediately saw how distressed I was. He calmed me down with so much kindness and reassurance, it honestly felt like God had sent me an angel. Raymond let me know right away that he could take care of it, and within about 10 minutes, he had the tire fixed! He also offered me a great price for new tires and explained everything so well. His service was above and beyond! I’m fascinated by how quickly and professionally he handled everything. He truly represented the Firestone brand with excellence. I’m forever grateful for the way he helped me that day. Raymond definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Raymond !!!!

I came in today to get my check engine light looked at and had a great experience. Eddie was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and addressed everything throughly and efficiently. If I have car troubles in the future I will come back to this location because of the good customer service and thoroughness I experienced today.

I came in as a walk in to get my brakes fixed and Eddie was the one to help me.
