Discount Tire

I've been going to various Discount Tire stores for many years. Excellent prices & customer service, great follow up with free air pressure checks & tire rotations. Yesterday was no different. They even reset my car's computer that another mechanic messed up. You can't go wrong!

Picked up a screw in the tire of our rental car. They were very busy but were able to patch it and get us back to our vacation in under an hour, without charging us a penny. Love these guys.

Incompetent or lazy...not sure which. On vacation in San Diego. Picked up a leak in my tire. Dropped 8lbs overnight. Stopped in to have it fixed. They couldn't find the leak. Lied to me and said they unmounted and changed the sensor (which I knew was a lie based on the tire pressure and no charge). I had to use sealant to get me by, which I hate using. Always great service at Discount Tire especially this location. I had to special order 2 new tires for my Audi and Jose took excellent care of me. I was able to get my tires next day and Jose gave me a call first thing in the morning letting me know the tires were ready. I have a Tesla Model Y with 4K miles on it and have been loosing air slowly out of one of the tires. Made appt through Tesla to look at they quoted me $385 without so much as a call back. Called Costco, they said they aren’t allowed to even touch tires that come installed on a Tesla new.
