I have been going to Discount Tire for years. My most recent experience in purchasing tires online and then appointment for in store installation was super easy with no extra paperwork needed at the store, and I received a military discount by going this route. Discount always delivers the best products at great prices and has a highly skilled team for swift and professional installation. Hard to beat that!

Made an appointment to come in on a Friday morning to get my tires rotated and balanced. A gentleman came out to greet me as soon as I parked. The waiting room was clean, spacious and cool. After only about 15 minutes waiting in the lobby my car was done. The technician came into the lobby and politely explained that only one of my tires was slightly out of balance. The whole experience was super easy. Definitely recommend this location.

Incredible service — fast, professional, and honest! I found this shop through Google because my tire went flat, and they had amazing reviews — now I understand why. I showed up without an appointment, but by a stroke of luck (or maybe divine intervention!), someone canceled, and the representative told me that never happens. They immediately took my car in. They originally estimated 45 minutes, but the work was completed in just 25 minutes — and not just fast, but high-quality and precise. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the level of service. Honestly, I can’t recommend this shop enough. Great team, great work, and truly great service. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need help again.

Came there without appointment to get my tire patched. Sergio was nice and professional. He set the right expectation in terms of how long it will take since I was a walk in client. However, they were able to get it done way faster. I like it that way, under promise and over deliver. I wish more places would be the same way

My husband and mom had gone to Discount Tire (Peñasquitos) with good results, so when I had a flat due to 3 nails, it was my go-to. ORDER ON-LINE OPTION I ordered the tires on-line (discounttire.com) in the comfort of my own home, which gave me time to research and compare tires, features, reviews and prices. I was impressed by the ease of use of the web site. Simply enter in your car make/model/year, etc. and it will tell you which 'good/better/best' tires are recommended with prices and features. This prevented me from turning up clueless at the store and buying under pressure. TIRES WHILE YOU WAIT When I got to Discount Tire, (driving on my spare after getting a flat!) I parked, then waited in the 'Walk-ins' line. It was maybe a 7-10 minute wait. The merchant walked with me out to my car, got the mileage and some other info and then back in the shop, he completed my order and told me it would be about an hour. I sat in the waiting room and read a magazine. It was more like a 35-40 minute wait, but about an hour from when I first entered the shop. (Keeping in mind I'd already purchased my tires on-line). POLITE STAFF All the staff I encountered were very polite, informative and seemingly honest. One merchant was recommending used tires to someone on a tight budget. POPULAR It was quite busy with all bays full and customers coming and going on a Tuesday. BETTER THAN A PREVIOUS TIRE ESTABLISHMENT I BOUGHT FROM I previously used a nearby 'membership big-box store' for my tires and didn't like the experience at all. Discount Tire was a faster, smoother, more pleasant experience and I'd definitely go there again. Don't forget to ask for your AAA discount or use Rakutan for on-line purchases.
