Don't waste your time going here. Needed a quote for some damage. The lady who helped me told me she would email me. I went the next day to see if I had made a mistake on my email because I hadn't seen anything. The receptionist acted like she was annoyed I was there again, and the lady helping me before, slammed the file on her desk and uttered "it's next on my list" in a rude tone. Two weeks later I still haven't seen an email from them. I went to Caliber Collision. Got my quote in no time.

Worst mechanic I've ever been too. Did a repair and replaced a coolant hose. Said they were doing diagnostic before hand and up charged for it. In the end the barey checked anything and did next to no real diagnostic work. Got the car back, drove ten miles and the whole coolant system failed. Major leak/failure at the point where the new hose hit radiator. Was insistent that was not their fault and wouldn't meet me in the middle on labour charges (let alone part) on the new repair. Found a lock pin sitting on belly pan (suspect). Wouldn't even diagnose what was now wrong without charging me full freight on labour. Asked if there was anything they could do on price and dodged my phone calls and wouldn't respond. Was defensive stressing couldn't be their fault in any way. Literally as fluid was running out of hose they just replaced. Said the best they could do was hustle on the repair and try and save some labour costs. Bad work was what created this issue in first place, didn't want to see quality of work they would do while the rushed. Considering they touched it last and the part they changed was the case thought this was crazy. Tried to play nice and find some kinda common ground but they were defensive and rude. Car engine might be perm damaged now and they wouldn't even help with rad they surely broke. Beware and don't go if you value you sanity and vehicle.

They did a great job on my car stereo! I own a 2014 Mini Cooper S Convertible, which are tricky cars to work with. I also bought a cheap head unit off of Amazon that was barely compatible with the rest of my components (I already had an amp, sub, capacitor, etc). Yet these guys knocked it out of the park. Not only did they get everything to work, but it looks super clean and professional as well. They ran into a bunch of issues, I had to buy some extra components to make it all work, but at the end of the day I'm sitting in a car with a perfectly-working after-market car stereo. No complaints on that! And since this is a one-stop shop for all of your car needs, I got an oil change while I was there. Sweet! The staff was great, too. All really personable guys. John and Dave ran the show and walked me through the process, and Zaid and Danny did the install. Kudos to all! Needless to say, I highly recommend Quik Auto Center!
