This is my second time bringing my car here for upgrades, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mark was incredibly friendly and helped me order the exact parts I needed. The parts arrived quickly, and I was able to get them installed the following week. The installation was done efficiently, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience—I would 10/10 recommend!

This group has been amazingly helpful. When I made a mistake, they fixed the issue and did not charge me. The fix was to switch programming slots but still, no charge. 2 years later, I was unable to ready up all monitors and after working with me over the phone for about 30 minutes their tech gave me an idea to try while I wait for the scheduled appointment. The tech was correct and I was able to finish and again, no charge. I am very grateful and humbled that there are still people out there that just want to help. I have a 2010 Audi S5 cab and had a CTS single pulley installed for about 6mths when all of a sudden the pulley came off. Researching through the Audi forums it appears to occur often if the CTS pulley is not heated properly. Anyways I decided to get it done professionally through PUREMS. I've seen them post on other Audi forums and was near me. It will also save me time from pulling the bumper in service mode. Long story short I brought it in and purchased an APR Single Pulley which should work with my current IE tune.
