In the case of the one star reviews -The Official Better Business Bureau the BBB can't even locate them as accredited, even non-accredited. Thus the only credit they indisputably are is 100% THIS SHOP IS NOT CREDIBLE and that being the case I wouldn't bring my car here with how these reviews are looking it only makes sense why they are not. Making me further wonder if they even have a valid or if any an actual valid business license. Which isn't that the law?

First time getting my “new to me” BMW serviced. Read some reviews of service places and was recommended this one. They are fair, responsive, and I think reliable. I’m happy I now have a reliable place to take a car that I’m too nervous to work on myself.

I had to change my water pump recently. I searched for a mini cooper mechanic and their name came up and they have 5 stars review so I took my car there. Did they give me a good price? No idea. I just wanted my car fixed and running. The person on the phone was really helpful, very friendly and professional.

Brought my 2001 BMW X5 here with a engine service soon. Working with Noah was great and he addressed all of the issues that needed to be fixed for 1/5 the price of the dealer. He kept the cost as low as possible and was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. My SUV run like new. I will definitely be a return customer. Highly recommended.
