🔧 Elite Service Center

My appreciation and gratitude for Elite Service Center is off the charts. I came here with a unique problem; my prior mechanic really botched an upkeep maintenance job involving replacing a timing belt, crank/cam shaft seals, pulleys, several valve cover gaskets, a pressurized steering line and several other parts I can’t remember. Eddie, and a very professional Elite mechanic diagnosed multiple complex workmanship defects on several fronts. What started off as a maintenance job at the prior mechanic became a situation where I could hardly drive my car out of the other mechanic’s garage. And worse, that mechanic apologized but thru in the towel and said it would take too much of his time to go back and correct his errors. Long story short, Elite Service identified the problems from the wide range of prior work done/botched; it was an ordeal trying to isolate where the new oil leak and noises were originating from. The resentment and frustration I have for my prior mechanic pales in comparison to my appreciation and gratitude for Elite Auto Center and their team members. They could have exploited me in over billing or exaggerating the work needed or worse, left me with the prior mechanic’s problems and then over-billing me. Elite Service did the exact opposite. Look at the attached picture; my car now runs every bit as well (and more) compared to how nicely Elite cleaned my engine compartment to. This is just a sign of the extra step Elite goes to impress their customers.

This place is the bomb. Eddie is amazing, great service, they educate you on your car with pictures and info. 10/10

I have been taking our Lexus to Elite Service Center for years!!! Before we would just take our Lexus to the dealership but it was getting so expensive. We found Elite on a recommendation from my brother in law. Even though we live in Temecula, it’s worth the drive. Their customer service is the best, and they have all the amenities you need while you wait. Water, coffee, snacks and a big screen TV with comfy chairs. Anytime I have issues or questions about our Lexus, I call them and they give it to me real. What to fix or what not to. And they are 1/2 the price than going to the Lexus dealership and they use genuine Lexus parts. If they can’t get genuine parts, they even let you know. I will take my Lexus here for years to come!!! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been taking my Lexus rx330 to these guys for the past 8 years and my experience with their service has been excellent every time I go in. T and Eddie are honest, kind, and passionate about their work and customer service. They always have my best interest in mind and prioritize repairs with no pressure to commit to things that don’t necessarily need to be repaired right away and upfront about the things that definitely do need repair. Their pricing is fair and reliable and I trust them with all of my car needs, and now my husband does too :). I will refer anyone I know to Elite Service, they are the real deal and it’s an honor to do business with them.
