Stopped by PEP Car Repair as a walk-in for a quick inspection. The shop was quiet with no other customers waiting, so I assumed I’d be helped shortly. Instead, I sat there for nearly an hour while the owner — a heavier gentleman with glasses — stayed on his phone the entire time, clearly not in any rush to help. No one bothered to greet me or even ask why I was there. I didn’t expect VIP treatment, but basic acknowledgment and a rough wait time would’ve been nice. It felt like customer service just isn’t a priority here. Disappointing experience overall. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere — where I was helped in 10 minutes.

We had great service on our rear brakes. What we would have paid for at the dealership for rear pads and brake fluid change they found broken and damaged parts that we seen for ourselves. Our car drives and sounds so much better. Thank you!

Called and was quoted the best price of 3 shops I called. He offered to install a part that I procured separately. He had a busy day, but slipped in my alternator install on a '95 Ford Windstar. Manager is a great guy, made sure I got the core back for my refund. Mechanic was spot on and shared a couple of helpful details with me. They didn't freak out when I walked into the work area to look at my car. Old school treatment very much appreciated!

He made sure I was informed of what my car needed to drive safely. Jason did the labor for my car and left it in excellent condition. Everyone at this location was pleasant and gave great service.

The team was attentive and knowledgeable about the problem with my Jeep Wrangler. They offered me great advice and options with cost estimates to resolve the problem. They kept me up-to-date on the status and they completed the work within the time they estimated. Great job!
