Honestly, I could complain about the misgivings and issues we had asking the way. But none of those are really Tim's fault. I came into his shop via tow truck on a Sunday and he was closed but answered the phone and got the gate unlocked so the tow could drop off the car. My car has been making a whining noise that another mechanic misdiagnosed and said that it was “normal for an old Honda.” I brought it to them when my steering wheel was locking. Tim is the best mechanic around! He is honest, reliable and very informative. He has a strong accent (at times hard to understand) but is friendly and a very hands-on person.
