I was on the way home to San Bernardino County from visiting a friend in San Diego when my passenger side front tire burst. Luckily, there was a Pep Boys nearby. I put the "donut" on the car and drove to Pep Boys. Ryan is awesome. Quick analysis Great customer service. He told me it would take about 90 minutes to replace the tire. My tire just completely shredded out of nowhere while on our way to our Hotel in San Diego. It was late and everywhere was closed. We found this pep boys and had the car towed there. We arrived with around 5 minutes left until they closed. Fernando not only let us in and helped us, but was extremely kind and compassionate. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never written a negative review before, but the awful service I received here needs to be shared so others don't make the same mistake I did.
