Ryan Hernandez is an expert, whose knowledge and experience resulted in our Macan being fixed right even after our insurance adjuster initially objected to the need for additional repairs. I got swiped by a driver about a month back and we settled on taking it care without going trough insurance. My car was in good hands Ryan took care of me and he made sure my car looked even better than new. I went to another place that quoted much higher and I was unsure about them but when I spoke to the team over at West Coast Specialties they made me feel welcomed and took time to made sure the car came out as if nothing even happened. By far the best body shop I've ever used.. I had both my Range Rover and Maserati repaired here. Their quality of work is outstanding! I had both insurance work and custom work done. The quality of paint and repairs turned out extremely good. They go above and beyond to make sure it's done right . I'm very happy with the work performed.

These guys are great! They took care of my BMW M3 much better than the body shop I used before. So much so I regret not going with them for previous work. I came in with a dent/scrape on the left part of my rear bumper. It was bad enough for me to wonder if I needed to replace the whole bumper cover. Which would have been pretty expensive. When I came to pick the car up, the bumper was like new. Flawless and beautiful. David was very attentive to my concerns as well as giving me a very accurate initial estimate for the repairs. No surprises upon payment. Which is always nice. They even detailed my car too. Turn around time was about 5 business days with plenty of communication from David via email and text. I felt like a friend was taking care of me even though I was a new customer. Which is the best feeling anyone can ask for when dealing with car repairs.
