Japanese Car Masters

I have brought my car here multiple times and Jeff and April are always so pleasant to speak with! They always keep me updated with the status of my car, let me know if they found additional things, check in a few days after my appointment to see how my car is running, and even asked if I wanted to make an appointment when they saw my car was due for an oil change. Most importantly I have never felt forced to do anything I didn’t want to do. Very happy with their service and will continue to bring my car here!

Very happy with the services received for my Toyota RAV4. Everyone was very helpful and communicative, I walked in not knowing what was going on with my car engine and Japanese car masters worked swiftly to diagnose my car problem. They kept me informed of what needed to be immediately fixed and what other things would eventually need to be taken care of. I appreciate the work done, my RAV4 drives so much smoother now. They were also very helpful working with my pickup schedule for my car due to my work schedule. All in all I highly recommend them if you are needing any work done on your car, you will not be disappointed!

As always, the service on my Cadillac was performed with excellence and promptly per my scheduled appointment. The team are always pleasantly professional and a joy to work with. Extra care for customer and vehicle.

I drive a Toyota Prius and I have taken my car here multiple times to be serviced. The staff is excellent. I have worked with April and Jeffrey and they are friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this business!

A super professional, friendly and thorough service. I couldn't figure out for the life of me what was causing a lean code in the car. They caught 4 different items that needed to be switched out. Took a few days and they loaned us their car in the meantime. Would 100% recommend! Fair and honest pricing.
