I need work done on my wife's van, and since I personally know the owner and his character, I asked him to take care of it at his shop since I know they are trustworthy and do a quality job. I need to make sure my family is safe! It is hard to find an auto shop that you can trust, but these guys are honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need, and they really do a great job. I highly recommend it if you need auto repairs!!

I have been using 1 Way Auto Clinic for many years now, before they were called 1 Way Auto. Chris the owner is a class act! Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Noe is his very knowledgeable and a delightful young man. They bend over backward to accommodate me. Their prices are very fare and I feel so safe with them they are both honest and a pleasure to deal with. They stand behind everything they do. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. UPDATE: Christian, the owner of 1 Way, reached out to me very concerned about my experience. He said that I should not have been charged an additional diagnostic fee and that there was likely a miscommunication. He made things right by refunding my diagnostic fee. These are honest and fair guys who will make things right one way or the other. I had a very frustrating experience with 1Way Auto Clinic. Brought my car in after some rough idling and the check engine light came on. They did a code read and it came back as a misfire on cylinder 1. They said it was probably a bad spark plug, but they wanted to do a diagnostic ($160) to make sure “I’m not paying for something I don’t need”. I agree…
