I never trust mechanics but I worked with Mike, who I believe is the manager — super professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He listened carefully, offered a fair, upfront price for diagnosis, and explained that if repairs were needed, the fee would be credited toward the work. Everything was clearly laid out from the start, no surprise charges, and nothing was done without my OK. Mike is very matter-of-fact and thorough, and the shop clearly has a great team of skilled mechanics backing him up. After a failed smog, my car passed smog bc of these guys. So I just found my new mechanics!!! Trust Auto is the best!!! Their name says it all. They are VERY trustworthy.

I was looking to get the brake and lamp safety inspection for DMV and all other local shops were too busy or too expensive. Mike got me in same day and had me out of there in under an hour. I brought him my Subaru BRZ and he took gentle care of it. He’s a really nice guy and easy to work with and his shop has good energy.
