Good service and helpful

Great place for auto parts! Their customer service was great! I bought 4 shock absorbers and they helped me to load it on my trunk!

Super bad customer service from Andres, who says he is the manager at Roll dr O'Reilly. Please consider on changing his attitude when speaking to customers or changing his position. In this case with that kind of customer service i will never want to buy at O'Reilly when i considered it my favorite store to purchase auto parts.

Really bad experience I called to ask for a part with the part number and even like that I couldn't get it?? They really don't want to try I guess because the part number I got it from the O'Reilly's web side... I guess is to early and the worker's there are tired and don't show a little bit of effort...

I call over the phone asking for a specific part number and model to make sure is available and they told me that it is available in stock. When mi wife show up 30 minutes later they came up with another similar part and if we want the one im looking for i will have t wait till next day. Hey when customer ask for one specific part why you want to give me what you want.. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.i use to like this store but maybe when they get new employees everything goes bad with customer service.
