I waited for approximately 10 minutes trying to figure out which staff (2-3 roaming around) was going to check me in as I was waiting outside next to my vehicle. Their sign offered $28 oil changes, but after being stuck in line for a half hour, I found out they ran out of the cheap oil and can only offer a $58 oil change. I wish I would have known before I spent a half hour sitting in the car. Maybe add a "sold out" sign when advertising your prices.
