I must say the only thing that brought me to this place was their name BBC automotive on account of me being British in hopes that I would find a mechanic that will help me out on the counter me being British also but unfortunately, there is only one British person here and there is the Micanic, but everybody else that works here is also a saint i’m traveling across America in my old G20 van and I got towed here in the hopes that I would be able to get my issue solved and I did at a very fair rate and at a very high quality work. The gentleman here are very good at everything they do whether it comes to customer service and information and communication I strongly recommend BBC automotive and Pacific automotive as a conglomerate. They are a beautiful bunch of people that are genuinely here to help you please for the love of God trust these folks and whatever they say because they are legit the last mechanic I went to nearly destroyed my vehicle, and these guys had to pick up the pieces and fixed what he messed up. Thank you so much guys. It’s a blessing to know.

Another trip to the only company I would ever trust with my Jaguar. Honest, knowledgeable staff is what keeps me returning. Had some sputtering and stalling going on when the check engine light suddenly came on, took it over to Todd at BBC and he diagnosed it and said let’s start with the least expensive replacement that I think may fix the problem (because there were a half dozen codes coming up) and sure enough that did it! Got me in and out in a matter of a day or two got the light off and I was off to get my smog! Can’t say enough great things about this company! If your looking for a completely reliable honest Dealership you’ll definitely find it here👍 & No I’m not related nor am I being paid or did I know these guys before bringing my car there for the first time this is a truly independent an honest review. Todd was great to work with. In addition to the huge improvement in the pricing from the dealership, the turnaround time far exceeded that of Land Rover San Diego. It didn't hurt that the location was more convenient. They did a great job for a better price! I'll be back there when needed and would recommend the same for anyone else.

I took my Range Rover in to get my brakes done. The Land Rover dealership, even though I didn't have many miles on my new car, wanted to charge to have my rotors replaced which costs several thousand. They even admitted my rotors were still good. Todd at BBC dropped me off nearby to do some errands while they did the work. They changed my brake pads, and did it quickly. Great guys. No hassle. I'm staying away from the dealership unless I have a warranty problem, and sticking with BBC.

RIPPED ME OFF COMPLETELY!!!!! This is NO JOKE... I went in with some various issues to my 2010 Range Rover Supercharged. One of the issues was needing new brake pads...easy right? Finally got the car back and the car nose dived and pulled to the right when you pressed on the brakes...this was after they supposedly test drove the car and had me take a taxi to come up there and pick it up. So I took it back and asked them to fix it, so a few days later I get it back and...the brakes were soft and not too responsive? Plus there were some other issues going on I wont bore you with...SO they took it back again...they TOOK THE CAR TO RANGE ROVER DEALER to have them look at it...then gave it back to me and claimed that it was just how a $109,000 car with a 510 horsepower engine and 21,000 miles was supposed to be... I thought that was odd, but hey I'm not a car guy so ok ...over the next month the brakes squeaked anytime you used them and got softer. I took the car today to another shop to have them look at it. I showed them my old invoice from the the Original Specialists and they looked at the brakes. I just got a call from the owner of the new place I took it too and he was sorry to tell me that the 2 front brake pads were the cheapest pads you can buy...about $55 dollars and I was charged $431.50 on my invoice ...JUST FOR THE PAD...not including installation and that the rotors and all parts around them (which I also had installed) were not lubricated!!! He said the pads were not even safe for that vehicle... So EVEN when I complained and took the car back up there and told them they felt soft and that they felt dangerous to use on a 6000 pound SUV ...they said that they were fine...LIARS....ABSOLUTE LIARS....I caught them and I am going there tomorrow to get a refund. ABSOLUTE LIARS.
