Brandon was absolutely a gem!:) He showed up last minute and handled all the issues we were having with our unit and our system. He also then made some adjustments and repairs with our faucet and toilets. He doesn’t skip a beat for a minute, his professionalism, attitude, kindness to our children, and all around positive energy sealed the deal. I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company by all means. Here’s my experience with them. My water heat that is under manufacturing warranty broke over the weekend . I called them Monday and I was told that technician will come to evaluate. By the end of the day Monday I found out that they do t have any technicians available and my appointment was rescheduled to Tuesday 10 am. Tuesday 10.40 I called them and I was told that the appointment was actually not 10, but 10-12pm. The technician showed up around 11.20 , evaluated the water heater. He told us that they will be able to send someone on an hour to fix it. 2 hours passed, no one showed up. I called again, they told me they rescheduled me to 2.45pm. Of course at 2.45 no one showed up also, so I called again only to find out that my appointment was rescheduled to tomorrow. 2 days passed, water heater still not replaced. Now I wonder if they are even a real company:) They are also super expansive, but that’s beyond the point .

Tankless hot water heater and install. Great job and comfortable pricing for a good water heater. Brandon was responsive and came to check the install by Sam. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Brandon is very professional, polite and on time. I called him at 9:30am today to replace my water heater and he said he will come to my house around 11am. He finished the job by 12:30pm, its amazing! He disposed my old water heater and cleaned the balcony before he left. I will recommend Quick Water Heater and Filtration to my friends.

Great Company! Brandon was very quick to respond to my request for service as my water heater was not working. I called in the morning and he was at my home by 12:30. It was decided that I needed to replace the water heater and Quick Water Heater installed a Tankless Water Heater within 2 days (which was our choice because we were not available the next day). They installed the Tankless Water Heater and did an amazing job. Explained everything to us and walked through the house to make sure everything was working properly. When completed they left our house clean and took away the old water heater. Would recommend to anyone!
