I would strongly recommend to stay away from this company by all means. Here’s my experience with them. My water heat that is under manufacturing warranty broke over the weekend . I called them Monday and I was told that technician will come to evaluate. Brandon is very professional, polite and on time. I called him at 9:30am today to replace my water heater and he said he will come to my house around 11am.
