Been coming here for years now, staff is knowledgeable and direct. If they dont have it they can order it. If I can't find it online or question quality they got OEM for my bmw's. Just make sure you read their return policy and ensure you have the correct part/ Vin # so there is no issue. I have not had to return any part and electrical is non-refundable or exchange I believe so due diligence is a mist no matter where you go!

Bought a thermostat for my Mercedes was faulty and does not work I went and took them the invoice/receipt and they don’t want to do me a refund they said they threatened to hang up and have verry and they are verry umprofesional people that manage they’re parts , I spoke to the part guy OMAR and he was verry unprofessional using profanity , do not do business with these people , I will be suing for this matter

Awesome place to purchase parts for your Euro vehicle ie; Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Volkswagen Audi, they require the vin # to make absolute certain your getting the correct part. On top of that all parts are OEM from Germany, Slovenia , Turkey etc etc, no cheap made imitation parts.

I got an ignition part from here, and before I was able to get it installed, it was broken, a faulty part, and when I went back with the invoice, to exchange or refund, they refused and said they don't do refunds...I will definitely be going elsewhere for any further parts and I ended up finding the same part, plus with a set of keys on Ebay, about $100 dollars cheaper, than what I paid for this part with North Side Imports..I don't recommend this place.
