I have gone here twice for my car and each time customer service is the best! The owner always shows care for his customers, goes above and beyond!

Don’t bother to come here if you would like a above and beyond service during the early evening time the two people on second shift have a personality of doing the bare minimum (also not friendly)take my advice and heed my warning even though this may seem in a better area you are better of at any other auto zone than this one. Just make sure if you come here that Raul or Alejandro help and not the two other people there. It was unfortunate that I went back when they had left the other shift guys are not helpful at all. Unfortunately I went back for my car battery and it was a different shift either way Tom tried his best in the end…no thanks to the other person there. They did not even bother to say I had a bad battery in the end kudos to the other auto zone that completed the job I bought a new battery and alternator after given the above and beyond service that gave me resolution…

Alex at Auto Zone provided exceptional customer service. Very above and beyond! We were having an issue with our battery not being tight enough and it needed a shim and he showed us exactly what the issue was and fixed it for us, but walked us through exactly what to do, so we could learn. Thank you so much Alex!
