I have gone here twice for my car and each time customer service is the best! The owner always shows care for his customers, goes above and beyond!

Alex at Auto Zone provided exceptional customer service. Very above and beyond! We were having an issue with our battery not being tight enough and it needed a shim and he showed us exactly what the issue was and fixed it for us, but walked us through exactly what to do, so we could learn.
