I would choose 0 stars if I could. I had a huge problem with this shop incorrectly installing a brake caliper, such that the caliper disconnected during driving and caused a violent shake. If this had happened at highway speeds I could have been killed, not to mention other drivers. They used the wrong bolt and it backed itself out. They didn't even torque the caliper bolts down properly. I brought this to the manager's attention almost 6 months ago, wanting only a refund and perhaps a repair of my wheel, which was damaged. I called many times and was brushed off or told to wait for the regional manager's approval. People could have died and they are not taking it seriously at all. To the manager: You could have solved this with a simple refund for the shoddy work done, but now I am even more dissatisfied than ever. I submitted an official complaint to Monro, the parent company of this chain. You seem like a nice enough guy and even plugged my tire for free once, but that doesn't matter too much to me at this point. I'm out hundreds of dollars and have a damaged truck now. The wheel is also not properly balanced so my tires wore unevenly. To be made whole I would like a complete wheel and tire replacement at this point. I tried going after you for months and months, very politely mind you, and it has gotten me nowhere. All you offered was an alignment. Now, you can pay me $2000 for a new set of wheels and tires, as well as time lost from me having to do the brake repair myself, and another $500 for tools and parts I had to buy to do work that you guys should have done properly in the first place. I have also filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Do not go to this shop.

Amazing service! Only tire shop open on a Sunday (even during a Holiday weekend!). Super professional service. They took my car in right away. Tire was fixed in less than 1 hour. Honest, professional, thorough. The technician was so proficient and attentive. Truly a 5 star experience. Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else. These guys are absolute pros and I will not go anywhere else next time I need new tires. Kudos to the manager! Excellent work!

Had an appointment at 8:30 am. It was not honored. Told they were backed up from the night before and there would be a 3-hr turnaround. Upon return to retrieve my vehicle, I stood at the counter for 5 min in front of the cashier before he even acknowledged my presence. Terrible service!

Tire Choice Miramar gave me a great free tire & brake inspection. I originally came in for a rotation, but I settled for a set of 4 new Firestones with the staff's advice. The waiting time was a bit long, considering, but they did offer a good selection. I would recommend Tire Choice Miramar for Truck/ suv owners.

I called this afternoon for an appointment to get my brakes inspected. I got new brakes here last August and they're a bit squeaky now. I came into the shop same afternoon and Brandon greeted me with a smile and was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful! They cleaned the brake dust and I was back on the road! I got an estimate from Brandon for four new tires and an alignment I'll be needing soon! Great experience here with Brandon! He even took the time to check the air in my tires and add some before I drove off! They were all busy here and still took the time to care for me and my car! Great service! Thanks to Brandon!
