Astoundingly good customer service. I contacted John around 5:30pm and dropped off my car within the hour. He performed diagnostics on it that very night and provided his professional feedback. He patiently explained everything in detail, and was honest and upfront. His labor rate is extremely competitive. I will be going to John's for all of my future maintenance and repairs.

Ok, so I ordered a Progress Tech Rear Sway Bar and no shop would install it. I asked around and found John's Auto Service on 6670 Miramar Rd # A, San Diego, CA 92121. This guy is the GOAT! Asked me to send him the part link so they could check the service diagram(s) before I even arrived. Once there I showed him the trouble spot others were having on the right side. He got this done stupid quick. Let me inspect it after, and took it in a test drive to ensure no noise was made from the install. Highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle, especially a Honda Fit, if you're in San Diego!

I’ve taken my 1993 Lexus to John and his team at John’s Auto Services multiple times, and they’ve always provided excellent service. They did an outstanding job with the timing belt, camshaft seals, and crankshaft seals when I needed them replaced, all for a fair price. Another time, my car started breaking down when I was nearby, so I gave John a call. He told me to swing by, and they were able to get me fixed up - this time with a new spark plug, fuel injector, and mass airflow sensor. John is incredibly honest, gives fair prices, and takes the time to ensure the problem is truly fixed before handing the car back. I highly recommend him and his team.

If you are in need of work John is your guy. He is really quick, efficient, and honest. I texted him for a quote and he gave me an out the door price along with the name of the brand of products he used for my vehicle. No hidden fees or surprises. Stopped in the same day and one hour later my car was ready. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he did and how long I had before needing future service. That is something I can respect because other places would do anything to get more money out of you. Seriously, don’t think twice! You cannot find better prices!

John is a nice guy, i left my dad car to check everything, he helped me check, sent me photos where parts should be replaced but he only recommended what i need to change first. He said there are some parts still good so i don't need to spend money if I don't need it yet. He gave me an estimate after explaining everything. His price is really good and affordable. I would recommend him to my friends.
