Tao is amazing! He will never loose me as a customer! He is extremely attentive and caring. I have severe neck and shoulder issues and he has been a HUGE part of my healing. He works very hard in making sure you are comfortable and he works through all of your needs. He is also the SWEETEST man ever. Also has very reasonable prices, so amazing for san diego. Tao is exceptional! I’m very active and I travel a lot, so my neck, shoulders, back tension gets pretty bad pretty quickly. He was able to really identify the areas where work was needed and even went the extra mile by showing me some simple stretches I could do after our session. Highly recommended and will be back soon! Tao is a true healer! He really knows what he's doing. He has a very thorough, holistic approach, and he takes his time to understand what your issues are. The deep tissue massage was very thorough, and Tao was able to hone in on painful areas right away. He was even able to get to a deep part of my shoulder that has been tricky for years! It is much easier to move now. He's also very emotionally aware and present throughout the session. Definitely recommend his practice.

Today I had a great appointment. It was a gift from my wife. I felt welcomed and the vibe felt very relaxing. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated during and after my massage with Tao! Worked on my problem areas, back, neck and shoulders and spent a little extra time on it. I would definitely be a regular if I lived in San Diego. Highly Recommend!
