Excel Smog

John was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. He got me in and out quickly without any hassle, and explained everything clearly. Great service—highly recommend!

Quick and friendly service from John! My fiancée recommended Excel and of course she was right. Well both be back next time we need a smog test!

Outstanding service! John greeted me immediately and took care of explaining the process along with executing a flawless test! Everything took less than 30 minutes and the price was excellent.

Hiep is the best!! Great price. I will always come to this guy for my smog. 75 bucks. Doesn’t get any better. He has been in the mechanic business. For 40 years.

Fastest Smog service ever!! Was referred here because my renewal notice had a STAR certified requirement. My timing was tight as I had to be at work up north in Del Mar in 30 mins. Stopped by since it was right by the 805 in north park on my way, John was there testing 2 cars already. I told him my timing situation and he assured me he’d have me out on time. I was leaving there certificate in hand in 15 minutes. John was great, highly recommend!
