As a Mexican, I was frustrated by the lack of service from a big Hispanic employee there. He was glued to his phone and didn’t get up to assist me. He didn't get up to guide me into the station, I had to approach him directly and practically urge him to help. He almost attempted to jack up my Tesla without the required Tesla Puck. I let that place quick.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to this shop and ordered my suspension from them and had them install it as well. My appointment was at 8am and supposed to be a 4 hour job. The “mechanic” didnt start until 8:20am after he and I spoke to the manager (Julio). It was obvious the guy didn’t know what he was doing. He stopped working on my truck to work on other peoples cars to get a quick buck in his pocket. He had to keep calling and asking the manager how to install the suspension parts. It was finally done 6 and a half hours later (2:30pm). I went home and two days later I hooked my trailer up with the family in the truck and headed out for our new years vacation. Got a mile down the road and heard a weird noise. Pulled over and got out of the truck and looked around and found my driver side rear shock fell off. Called the manager Julio and told him what happened. He sent a mechanic out to fix it but he didn’t show up till 4 hours later after my family and I have been waiting on the side of the road. Even though the shop was an hour from where I was. The manager (Julio) even said they probably didn’t tighten the bolts and that’s why it fell off. Told him I wanted compensation and he told me the owner said he thinks he gave me fair compensation for installing the upper control arms and diff drop kit for free. (Worth $290) I have all screen shots of texts from him. I’m glad the owner thinks my family’s life is worth $290 for something that could have been way worse. I’ll see yall in court.

Couldn't be happier with the service, Julio gave me a better price than what you can find online or at the big shops. Also he answered all of my questions, this is the spot if you're looking for the best off road brands.

Julio was informative and helpful and was consistent in his response. I appreciate doing business with him and the guys at the shop. I have came back multiple times for shocks , leveling kits and wheels and tires! These guys are professionals they treating my truck with care and were reassuring as I dropped it off. I had no issues with them here. I will continue to bring my vehicles to these guys.

Great service on my 2007 Tacoma. I came in with a specific wheel & tire set up in mind and Charlie helped me get everything I needed and more. These guys are the real deal professional from the moment I walked into to the moment I drove off. 100% recommended!!
