Id give 0 stars if I could. After ghosting us for a week, the company finally sent us an estimate for our hood vent repair, for a whopping $3851.16 with no real explanation. We obviously couldn't have our kitchen down for a week, so after the tech's initial visit, I climbed up on the roof myself to discover that the fan belt snap and needed to be replaced. The part costs $7.51 from amazon (hit me up if you need the link ;). Delivered same day! I'm no professional tech, but I feel like this would be pretty standard practice for an initial inspection. Straight up highway robbery in my opinion.
