Vadim did a great job giving me a lot of options for the condenser as we did not want to block the walkway by the side of our house. Our heater in Hidden Meadows went out a couple weeks ago when it was in the 40s at night. My family was freezing and I spent all morning Friday trying to find a company to come out and help. Atlas had no appointments until the following Tuesday, but Ray got my number and told me to give him 15 minutes to see if he could figure out a way to help us. 5 minutes later he called back and said Vadim was willing to stop by and help. He diagnosed the problem, we got it fixed and he even called to follow up later to make sure all was working okay. Amazing people and great company.
