🔧 Airmakers Heating and Air Conditioning

My A/C condenser unit stopped working yesterday. Gave Van a call and he walked me through a couple things over the phone and then said he would come over and take a look. 15 minutes later he arrived and not even 10 minutes after that, my A/C was running again! A fuse had blown and just needed to be replaced - he took care of it for FREE! My family has used Van's services for about 15 years now on two different properties and both my wife and I recommend Airmakers to anyone who needs HVAC. They have always been well priced, professional, punctual and friendly. Thanks again Van! :D

Our old A/C system was getting noisier and the fan on the top of unit didn't always start turning when the unit came on. We called Airmakers and Van came out the next day and looked it over - he explained we could fix the unit we had or replace it with another one with the same energy rating and it wouldn't cost too much. We talked Van into to upgrading our air conditioner and furnace to a SEER 16 system to save a little on the monthly bill but mostly to get a quieter system and get everything replaced at one time by the same company (the setup we had was from 3 different installers). He listened to us and worked with us so we could get exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Our neighbor (we live in a mobile home park) came over the next day to say how quiet the A/C was and now she didn't have to shut her windows when it came on. And it's much quieter inside since they put a new grill on the uptake vent. They also installed a vent in the kitchen which we have been wanting since we moved in 10 years ago! Van and his team did a wonderful job - all very pleasant and hard working, came on time and stayed to get it all done the same day. The only problem we had was with the new thermostat we requested. It worked fine but it took us a while to to get the scheduling to work the way we wanted - now we love it. Thanks so much Van - we couldn't be happier!

The heater at our new house wouldn't turn on so I called Airmakers because we had used them a couple times at our previous home. Van has always done great work and been conservative in his diagnosis of what needs to be repaired/replaced. He's reliable, shows up on time and gets right to work. He's always given us a good price as well. This time he came and was up in the attic where our furnace is for awhile working on it. When he came down it had started working again and he said he had just had to adjust some things and tighten the connection of a part that had been jostled loose. He said there was no charge. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to spend the time to get it working even without charging us. We would recommend Airmakers and will definitely call them with any issues in the future.

Van came over to fix my heater. Dead on time, as promised. Turned out the gas had been shut off. He turned one valve and I was back in business. Then, something incredible happened: he gave me a ridiculously reduced rate because he felt guilty that it was a 5-sec. fix. I then asked him about installing an A/C unit and he gave me an in-depth analysis of my various options. I appreciate Van's honesty, his integrity, his generosity. He has my customer loyalty whenever I have an HVAC issue. There are dishonest repairmen and corrupt companies and then there is Van and Airmakers. Happy New Year, Van. Thank you.

Van Johnson is amazing. Our heater was not working and a prior company had recommended a complete replacement for a couple thousands dollars... my handyman referred us to Van for a second opinion and he came promptly the very next day and diagnosed a small part replacement need and fixed it in 5 minutes for less than $200. He performs an honest and accurate job and we are so grateful for his work!! Highly highly recommended!!
