About 1 hour after dropping my car off, I received a call stating there was oil all over the bottom of my car. Explained that this would’ve needed to happen in the 2 miles from discount to them and that I would call my mechanic. Less than 2 minutes later they say they were looking at the wrong car but somehow “I still see a leak in your car too” …. And the note was still on my receipt. I’ve been coming here for year and started bringing my wife’s vehicle. They would rather be dishonest and have a return customer than just doing the right thing and keep my continued business. Times are tough for everyone and I’m sure they need the business, but this is horrible service and clearly dishonest because of the fact that no oil is leaking, they stated they were looking at the wrong car, but then they kept the note stating exactly what they told me on the receipt…. It even concerns me that they will make my car leak to cover themselves.

I had a gut feeling the moment I walked I. To this location, with shady lack of motivation or honesty in the air , spent $129 plus tax and $20 tip I gave the manager , the technician probably never even saw it , For a service that was never performed on my vehicle. I asked to get my vehicle aligned they printed out a paperwork, that they could of worked off of, and gave a hilarious excuse why it not driving straight, when it has brand new tires and never ever touch or adjusted with the possibility of doing so easily with the car off the ground , they do not do the service work they are selling, unprofessional I had to give the model of my vehicle Three times to sales guy before the manager had to tell him the model of the vehicle. I had an appointment setup, and they were unprepared and unsure of the type of industry they work in !! I went to school for automotive and have many automotive friends, the only reason I let u guys touch my vehicle , is because I don’t own an alignment machine my self … the only reason u get one star , cuz I need to be able to Post This and warn other people ! Thanks

I came in for a nail in my front tire and to have my rear brakes done. The guy I dealt with, I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately. But he was really nice and didn’t talk to me like I’m an idiot just because I’m a girl. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. In fact, he told me I needed 2 tires and I ended up buying 3 based on my own decision. This was my second time coming here in the last few years. I had a great experience last time, in 2022, when I got my front brakes done. It can be difficult to be a woman and get your car worked on. You get talked down to a lot. As long as this place keeps doing well like this, and making me feel comfortable, I’ll keep coming back.

This was my 4th visit to this particular store that week due to logistics. And they’re 6 miles away, 48 miles right there. Which was ok because the other Big O stores I went to bought the company this loyalty. This particular visit though changed everything. To simply it involved an unleashed dog entering the store (a violation of the Health and Safety Code). The result was my PTSD triggered, my personal space violated, verbal harassment by the dog owner, my phone damaged – all while the store manager, Jesus, watched. I never left my seat until after the inconsiderate customer left and when I went to the front desk to appeal to Jesus, he dismissively waved his hand and told me to go “call corporate”, which I did before leaving the premises. With corporate, it took 6 calls and 6 broken promises of callbacks within the promised window. Finally, I spoke with a corporate manager who informed me that Jesus and the store owner were spoken to. He informed me that the store owner refused to compensate me in any way. He also argued that my phone damage was something I should take up with the harassing customer (losing sight of the fact that the store manager and employees ignored the Health and Safety Code by allowing the dog to enter and roam the store unleashed leading to the subsequent issues). The corporate manager offered me an oil change voucher as a courtesy gesture. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing in the mail yet. It’s very sad – that store has good, salt of the earth employees. John, Sean, Giovanni – always made me feel welcome. But unfortunately, a business is only as good as its management. I have no intention of giving that store owner or Jesus my business going-forward.

Avoid this place at all cost, as long as Jesus works there you are most likely getting scammed. He gave me a faulty tread reading by giving me the SHOULDER TREAD measurement (of 4/32) in order to convince me I needed 3 brand new tires instead of getting the one tire which is covered by insurance. He then refused to give me the single replacement unless I agreed to getting the 3 new ones, then refused to provide an estimate if I was going to get a second opinion because he didn’t want to “waste his time” Go here if you want attitude and dismissive, lazy service! Went to Discount Tire and they gave me an accurate reading of 8/32 and replaced the single tire with my insurance and recommended a balancing.
