Mann and the team was great! Mann always prioritized me and my immediate needs with my vehicle! I purchased 4 new tires and a wheel alignment, based on Mann recommendations. Best decision, my vehicle drives and feels so much better driving on the highway! I will be returning for a brake services due to the exception customer services from Mann and the team!

Hesitant to come back unfortunately. Brought wheels to swap out. On my stock wheels, they’re scratched to hell all round. On my new wheels they were also scratched and a center cap that was relatively rare and expensive was also completely destroyed. Tire weights for balancing fell off after a week. My wheels were torqued down much lower than what they are supposed to be. Air pressure was all over the place. I did not even call back to ask them to fix because essentially every step was taken completely wrong. I went to another shop to fix it all and it’s fine now. 100% do not take expensive wheels here.

BMW 330i Wheel Alignment: Wow what a service! The technician was very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. He knew his stuff! The alignment equipment that they have seems top notch. The technician first went for a short drive to feel current state of the alignment. Then he mounted the car up on the alignment machine and carefully aligned each wheel while watching status on their big machine and computer. Aligned it perfectly according to computer output. Took the car down, went again for a test drive to feel the alignment. Came back, mounted the car back up, redid the alignment, again went for a test drive, came back, again mounted the car up and did some minor adjustment, printed the output. It took quite a bit of time and they let me see the whole process as well. The alignment was so bad previously that tires were wearing on the edges rather than at center, partly my fault for not getting more alignments done and partly because BMW checks it only once an year (thanks to only 1 service per year) and also because they charge a ton to do it. Wow! Absolutely wow. I don't know if BMW service center people do their job so diligently. Moreover SD Tire charged me less than half of what BMW charges. Absolutely fabulous and I will go here again whenever an opportunity arises. Thank you SD Tire & Wheel Outlet! I appreciate it!

Great experience here! The guys gave me the attention to detail on my build that the major places like discount tire failed to do. Good vibes friendly service and fair prices. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a wheel and tire package and won’t compromise
