I had a great experience at this shop. He takes pride in his work. He is thorough and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He is exceptionally skilled and returned my car to me the same day, even after finding more issues than anticipated. He was very kind and helped me out when I needed it. Brought in a BMW for repair and Popov is the man. The guy I got it from had taken off all the injector system in pieces trying to get to a pcv of some sort. Popov did not try to upsell me and best of all, I know who is working on my car. Fair and honest. And fast! How often do you find a guy this good anymore?
