Hector and the team at Rosecrans Automotive are true professionals. Honest, experienced, thorough and kind. I sent my college daughter to RA and they treated her kindly, thoughtfully and resolved all the issues on her car in a timely manner and communicated all to me as well. I highly recommend you consider having your college age students in the Loma area to see Hector.

LOVE: These people are fair and trustworthy - which is saying so much for a mechanic. They are friendly, keep you updated on their progress, get the work done when they say they will, and are so fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them!

Hector has serviced my car several times on the fly and has miraculously finished the job by day's end. He is fair, reliable, and honest; he eschews additional charges for recurring problems and/or faulty parts.

Unfortunately, I must give this shop two stars. Both gentlemen were very nice and did the work same day on a Saturday. Unfortunately, after submitting my warranty claim did I find out that they charged me a 200% markup on the parts and 3 hours of labor for replacing two sensors which the warranty company said should have only taken .8 hours. It was a bittersweet experience for me.
