Caliber Collision

Hello, my name is Kirk Draper and I live in Bonita, California. I had the extreme pleasure to have been served by Marco Anaya, Jr., at your San Diego South Bay location. Marco was amazing. Please share my appreciation with him.

Marco was amazing. Made sure I was aware of every step of the process and I was confident that my vehicle was in the right hands.

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I had a great experience working with Francisco, the advisor. He was accommodating, easy to work with, and ensured that everything was done within the discussed timeline for pickup. I appreciated his clear communication and professionalism throughout the process. So far, my car has been running smoothly, and I haven’t noticed any issues. However, Francisco assured me that the repair comes with a lifetime warranty, which gives me peace of mind knowing I can always return if anything comes up. I highly recommend Francisco and this shop for their reliable service and excellent customer care!

I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision, they excelled in the way they handled my car repair recently from a damage caused by truck who scratched the driver side and smashed the mirror. They kept me informed daily of the progress of my repair and had the car ready when they promised it would be. The results is now that my car looks perfect, you would never guess it was ever damaged. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. And did I mention their prices are very reasonable too?

Caliber Collision truly sets the bar high for Collision repair in SD County! The location is ideal and they collaborate well with whatever Insurance Co. you have. Overall, my experience was nothing but exceptional. The end to end process was seamless from initially setting up and coordinating details with Gabby to driving the end to end process with my Service Advisor, Francisco. He is outstanding and not only knowledgeable, but communicated clearly throughout the entire process all while working behind the scenes to ensure the job was done in a meticulous fashion. I cant thank Francisco and Team enough for putting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Caliber (Manya) to anyone …
