2012 GTI. My rear passenger window mechanism could no longer put the window back up. I contacted these guys and brought it by for a quick diagnosis ... they got the part ordered and repaired it within the week. Found my local German auto specialists.

I brought my 2009 Mercedes ML in because it developed a misfire. It turned out that the cause was more involved than what I thought, but these guys were on top of it. They communicated with me clearly, courteously, and in a timely fashion every step of the way and the car was repaired and ready exactly when they said it would be. Very highly recommended!
